LIQUOR QUIK™ Batch Turbo Yeast (14% ) produces extremely small amounts of volatiles. This product is especially good to ferment larger batches, which works without overheating the fermentation. Makes 25 liters (6 USG) 90 grams (3.04 oz.)
DIRECTIONS:: To make 25 liters (6.5 USG) Pour 25 L (5.5 gallons) of warm water (40°C/104°F) into your fermenter. Add 6 Kg (13 lbs) of table sugar to produce 14% alc/vol. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the yeast and stir for one minute. Do not seal the fermenter airtight as the resulting CO2 will need to escape. Leave to ferment between 20-25°C (68-77°F); optimum temperature is 25°C (77°F), until fermentation ceases (about 3 days) Complete fermentation times are temperature dependent. For best results, clear with LIQUOR QUIK™ Super-Kleer K.C.™ before distilling. For multiple sized batches over 25 L, use 6 Kg of sugar per yeast package. E.g. to male 200 L (53 USG) use 48 Kg (105 lbs) of sugar. INGREDIENTS: Distiller's Yeast, Yeast Nutrients.
