Caribbean Breeze
¾ ounce Crème de Banane
2 ounce Dark Rum
3 ounce Cranberry Juice
5 ounce Lime Cordial
5 ounce Pineapple Juice
Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish: Fruit in season, add short straws

½ ounce Crème de Menthe
½ ounce Dry Vermouth
½ ounce Gin
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass

Chain Lightning
3 ounce Gin
¾ ounce Triple Sec
3 ounce Lemon Juice
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve

Chelsea Sidecar Cocktail
1 ounce Gin
1 ounce Triple Sec
Drink as is

Chiquita Cocktail
½ ounce Banana Liqueur
½ ounce Cointreau
½ ounce Light Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass

Chocolate Black Russian
1 ounce Kahlua
2 ounce Vodka
6 ounce Chocolate Ice Cream
Blend all until smooth. pour into mug

Citrus Breezer
1½ ounce Vodka
3 ounce Cranberry Juice
3 ounce Grapefruit Juice
Mix all in chilled Collins glass with ice cubes. Garnish with lime slice

Clamato Cocktail
¾ ounce Vodka
2¼ ounce Clam Juice
3 ounce Cola
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old fashioned glass filled with ice

Coco Amor
¾ ounce Amaretto
¾ ounce Lemon Juice
Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass with sugar-frosted rim

Coco Loco
3 ounce Coconut Rum
6 ounce Pineapple Juice
Pour into a Highball glass over ice cubes

Coffee Alexander
1 ounce Dark Crème de Cacao
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass

Coffee Grinder
5 ounce Amaretto
5 ounce Baileys
5 ounce Kahlua
1½ ounce Scotch
Pour into glass and stir

Continental
1¾ dash Light Rum
1½ ounce Green Crème de Menthe
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
½ tablespoon Sugar
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with twist of lemon

Creole Cocktail
1½ ounce Coconut Rum
¾ ounce Vodka
1 dash Grenadine
1 dash Orange Juice
Serve over ice

Crimson Cocktail
2 ounce Gin
1 ounce Port
1 dash Grenadine
½ ounce Lemon Juice
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, leaving enough room on top to float port

Curacao Cooler
¾ ounce Blue Curacao
1½ ounce Triple Sec
¾ ounce Vodka
¾ ounce Lemon Juice
6 ounce Lemonade
¾ ounce Lime Juice
¾ ounce Orange Juice
¾ ounce Sugar Syrup
