Introducing "Super-Kleer KC"

LIQUOR QUIK Super-Kleer K.C., a superior Euro-fining, is the new standard in wine finings.  It contains 2 pre-mixed pouches, kieselsol and chitosan.  It works by creating both strong negative strong positive charges in the wine, which allow for larger yeast clumping and faster clearing.  These finings have been successfully promoted in certain brands of wine kits over the past few years and are now available to every wine kit maker.

The wines below above were both started on March 26, 2001. Both are 23 Litre Sterile Juice Chardonnay.  Both were in the same environment.  For some reason, one of the wines was not clearing.  On Friday, August 17, 2001, at approximately 7:00pm "Super-Kleer KC" was added to the  "difficult" wine and a digital photograph taken.

On Monday at 10:00am another photograph was taken and the results speak for themselves.
