Our general policy is to sell our proprietary products through established North American distributors. For a list of distributors in your area, See Distributors However, we sell directly to retailers and consumers, when it can be shown that the retailer and/or customer has no convenient access to a regional distributor for one or more of our products. Potential distributors and retailers must download, complete and fax our credit application to the attention of our Office Manager, 877-278-1991. Overseas customers should contact us directly for product availability, pricing, and freight options.

New Accounts

First 3 orders must be prepaid.   A 2% discount applies only if payment is by certified cheque, cash or bank draft, for the initial orders.

Credit Terms

2% 15 Net 30 days to established accounts with a proven credit rating/history and personal guarantee (see credit application)

We will gladly accept Visa, or Master Card for payment due at the time of order.

2% discount does not apply to credit card purchases.

Customers presenting NSF cheques will be charged $25.00 per cheque.

Interest charged on overdue accounts is 2% per month (24% per annum).

Merchandise remains the property of Winemakeri until invoices are paid in full.

Ordering

Orders may be placed by phone or fax, or through our web site at sales@winemakeri.com.

Our objective is to ship orders within 24 hours.

Item #’s followed by “S”are Special Order Items; delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks.
Backorders are NOT automatically shipped when product comes in. Product must be re-ordered by customer.

Prices

All Prices are F.O.B. Beaverbank, Nova Scotia, Canada, unless otherwise specified.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating foreign currencies, commodity exchanges, freight rates, & manufacturing costs. However, we will endeavor to notify accounts of price increases when amply notified by our suppliers.

Shipping

Please specify your choiPlease specify your choice of carrier when placing placing your order and whether your freight charge is to be prepaid and charge to our account, or collect. Unless specified we will use our best judgment to which carrier will be the most economical.  We will extend to you our discount off regular rates with Midland, Day & Ross, Armour Transportation Group, and Sameday Courier. There is a minimum shipping charge when using any carrier.  Call for the current rates. For your shipping convenience, we will add the carriers’  freight charge directly to your invoice.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without pre-authorization.

All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure proof of purchase accompanies returned product.

Returns must be in resalable condition, void of any pricing tags or price markings.

No returns of product from other distributors.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, unless otherwise agreed to by winemakeri inc.

Perishable items and outdated items. are non-returnable.

Damages or Loss

All products shipped are checked and leave here in good condition.

Verify number of cartons received. Unpack complete order immediately.

Have the carrier note & sign any loss or damage, visible or not, on the delivery receipt.

Check your shipment immediately against the packing slip or invoice and report any inconsistencies, damages or shortages to Winemakeri Inc. as soon as possible and we will place a claim on your behalf.
