Cherry Brandy
is a classic Northern European style fruit
liqueur.
Instructions:

Pour the contents of this bottle and 1/2 cup (115 g) of granulated sugar
into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26.5 fl. oz. (750 ml) of 25-30%
ABV neutral grain alcohol or vodka, or clarified LQ™ SuperYeast™/Turbo
Yeast. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 ml) of glycerine.
Makes
approximately 29 fl. oz. (820 ml).
