Jagerbitter Schnapps
is the classic German style
dry semi-bitter herb liqueur.
Instructions:
Pour the contents of this bottle and 1/2
cup (115 g) of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with
35 fl. oz. (1 L) of 35-40% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka or clarified
LQ™ SuperYeast™/Turbo Yeast. Shake until the sugar has completely
dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 ml) of glycerine.
Makes
approximately 29 fl. oz. (820 ml).
Ingredients:
Natural extracts, essential oils, propylene glycol and
caramel color.
