Natural
Maple Charcoal Smoke
is a specially made food and beverage
smoke, produced from selected hardwood maples.
Instructions:
Typical dosage rate for bourbon whiskeys is
0.3-.0.5 ml/L (1.2-1.9 cc/gallon), in conjunction with other whiskey
flavorings.
Flavors up to 100L (25 gallons) of whiskey
base. Use a 1ml/cc syringe to measure small
doses.
