"American White Oak Chips - Light Toast", when added to wine, produces a flavor simulating storage in watertight casks and barrels made from oak. For use in red wines and Sauvignon Blanc .
DIRECTIONS: Use 10g/gal (4L) to add depth and complexity to red wines and Sauvignon Blancs.
For best results add to primary fermenter.
Liquid Oak Extract (Sinatin)
Available in 210 Liter (55.47 USG ), 20 Liter (5.28 USG), 500 ml (16.25 fl. oz.) and 28 ml (1 fl. oz.) sizes
"Sinatin 17™ Liquid Oak Extract" enhances wine flavor and reduces aging time.
DIRECTIONS: Stir 1 fl. oz. (30mL) into 6 USG (23L) of a finished, full bodied red wine, Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc prior to bottling.
Available in 20 Kg (44 lbs.), 1 Kg (2.2 lbs.) and 28.35 grams (1 oz.) sizes
"Wine Tannin (Oak)" adds structure to red wines and brandies.
DIRECTIONS: Add prior to barrel aging or bottling. Bench trials encouraged. Recommended 3-6g/6 USG for used red wine barrels or 1-2g/23L (6 USG) at bottling. Recommended 5-10g/23L (6 USG) for used brandy barrels.
